My experience at Horne Dealership was amazing! I recently purchased 2015 Toyota RAV4, my salesman Jay was amazing and super helpful. He worked with me patiently and listen to my concerns. We spend maybe 2.5-3 hours total and the buying process was smooth and very bearable. I would most definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car!
Very refreshing experience. No pushy sales person, Tory was a pleasure to work with. He even personally returned some forgotten things from our trade in to us at our home! Shayla had the financing end well in hand as well. She offered other additional services but didn't twist our arm to take it. They didn't use any pressure sales tactics here. Even management went the extra mile to make sure they found a way to get the vehicle for a price we were wanting to pay. I feel that we received a great vehicle for a great price at Horne Mazda. I WILL do business here again and again.
Very great experience from everyone here. I bought a 2017 Ram 2500 and the team here honestly made it a pleasurable experience. Robert in sales was awesome and was very low pressure. Ted in finance was fun and worked miracles for me to get this truck. I had an issue where the truck needed jumped every time I started it, just needed a new battery. They were more than happy to take it in and replace it, their service department was fantastic and have taken great care of me. I don’t think I would go anywhere else for a vehicle
I went into Horn Mazda and Chad was our sales person. He was extremely nice and helpful to us as we were buying the car. At one point we left to go check out another car and went back because Horne Mazda was a better deal and Chad had not wavered he talk to his finance crew into letting us keep the same deal that we had left with. He was very helpful. When Capital One financing turned out that they had to change the maintenance package from one year to two horn Mazda ate the difference and Chad came out to our home in Maricopa so I could re-sign the papers. I highly recommend Horne Mazda and Chad as a sales person he was extremely willing to go all the way and beyond expectation. He was really great.
Going into a dealership for the most part can be very stressful but my experience was just the opposite, the minute my wife and I entered the building we were made to feel comfortable, there was no feeling of being surrounded by a high pressure atmosphere, everyone was very warm and friendly, the environment was a welcoming one. Their goal as a dealership was to make my desire for the car that I was interested in become a reality, along with their professionalism was also their keen awareness of my purchase being affordable for me. Horne dealership in my opinion truly cares about really helping people.
